काठमाडौं विश्वविद्यालय (HPKU), हल्ट प्राइजले सुश्री सफाल्ता बाँस्तोलाको निम्न सामाजिक-आर्थिक पृष्ठभूमिका बालबालिकालाई मद्दत गर्ने परियोजनालाई समर्थन गरेको छ। सुश्री बास्तोला HPKU को एक आयोजक समिति सदस्य र SDG लक्ष्य नम्बर 10, G17 विश्वविद्यालय राजदूत कन्सोर्टियम (UAC) नेपाल को विश्वविद्यालय राजदूत हुनुहुन्छ। SDG लक्ष्य 10 देशहरू भित्र र बीचको असमानता घटाउनेसँग सम्बन्धित छ। यसले उमेर, लिङ्ग, अपाङ्गता, जाति, जाति, उत्पत्ति, धर्म, वा आर्थिक स्थितिको बाहेक सबैको सामाजिक, आर्थिक र राजनीतिक समावेशीकरणलाई सशक्त र प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने लक्ष्य राख्छ। यस लक्ष्यले सबैलाई समान अवसर र स्रोत, सेवा र संस्थाहरूमा पहुँच सुनिश्चित गर्न र यसका सबै रूपहरूमा भेदभाव हटाउन खोज्छ।
२९ जनवरीमा 2023, सुश्री पर्ष्णा कुँवर (Judge Coordinator) र श्री ऋतिक भट्टराई (स्कूल अफ इन्जिनियरिङ् प्रतिनिधि) को नेतृत्वमा, HPKU ले झापाको बेलडाँगीमा रहेको भुटानी शरणार्थी शिविरको ५ – १० उमेरका खाँचोमा परेका बालबालिकाहरूलाई विभिन्न स्टेशनरी सामग्रीहरू जस्तै Copy, पेन्सिल, इरेजर र शार्पनरहरू दान गरेको छ। जुन २ मे २०२३ मा आफ्नो पुस्तकालयको उद्घाटन गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको भुटानी शरणार्थी बस्ती क्षेत्र, दमक-३, झापामा रहेको भूटानको साहित्य समाजले पनि दान गरिएका पुस्तकहरू प्राप्त गरेको छ।
