Hult Prize at IOE, Pulchowk Campus, conducted their third mentorship session on “Forming the Dream” at Advanced College of Engineering and Management on January 14 at 2 pm. The program commenced with an introductory speech about the Hult Prize. The episode proved particularly successful, not only due to the active participation of young entrepreneurs but also because of the excellent guest speakers. We would also like to express our appreciation to our associate sponsor, The Himalayan Times.
The guests for the event were Ramesh Pathak, CEO of Naamche, and Ms. Ichhya Malla, Corporate Trainer.
Icchya Malla extended a warm greeting, wishing us a good afternoon, and underscored the significance of understanding the speaker’s background for evaluating credibility. Having completed her schooling in India, she subsequently moved to the USA, graduating from Johns Hopkins University and gaining one year of experience at Microsoft. Despite her family business involvement, she felt a lack of personal value contribution.
